Ultimately, I plan on using this blog to monitor my workouts/eating habits for awhile. I want to be a 165 lb BEAST.
-5'9'' - 5'10'' (Yeah I like to think I'm taller on certain days)
-Started weighing 161.2 lbs (Should be less)
-Currently weighing ~168 lbs (Not too bad)
-Want to weigh 165 for competitions (Next one November 5th)
-Would like to walk around at atleast 170, if not 175.
So I guess you could say I want to gain weight?
But I'm going to do it right, no BS, no drugs (and of coarse, minimal fat).
Current Personal Bests (USAPL Competition only): Bench: 265lbs @ Sunflower State Games Squat: 390lbs @ Sunflower State Games Deadlift: 465lbs @ Sunflower State Games
** All of these are currently 165lb Raw Teen USAPL State Records**
Other Personal Bests (Out of competition):
Bench: 310lbs - Paused, more recent.
Squat: 420lbs - Sumo, past parallel.
Deadlift - 500lbs
Power Clean: 275 - Good ol' high school glory days, before I ever had to Deadlift.
