Good day for squats!

Goal was 385 for a 3.

Got that and more:

  • 135 x10
  • 185 x10
  • 225 x5
  • 275 x3
  • 315 x3
  • 345 x1
  • 365 x1
  • 385 x3 (hell of a lot easier than expected)
  • 405 x2

Deep down I wanted 3 for 405, but after the second one I knew a third wouldn’t go.

I think if I wouldn’t have tripled 385, I could get 3 for 405.

Next weeks goal? I think so.
