Another morning, another workout.
Decided to complement my 3x25 full body workout yesterday, with a 3x20 banded full body workout this morning. Holy shit I feel it lol. I started to feel the DOMS this morning from yesterday, and now I know I’m gonna be feeling it tomorrow. I love the feeling, so much. And I’m eating everything in sight today. I am loving this change of pace.

Had an awesome workout today
And it makes me happy. :) I can finally eat as much as I want again, and my goal is to hit 180 lbs. Fairly doable, considering how easily I hit upper 170’s before. I get to sumo squat/deadlift. :) Deadlifted today, doing a light squat tomorrow to try and regain flexibility in my hips. No more competition for me. 4 months of training for nothing. Awesome. But I’m not too concerned, I’m moving on tomorrow morning, starting a new workout, and eating everything in sight (‘cause damn, I’m hungry).
